How do I register for an Online Search account?
I don’t see the type of search I need in your Online Search options. What should I do?
What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay for Online Search with a credit card?
With Eldor-Wal, you can pay by credit card or we will invoice you, whichever you prefer. When you set up your Online Search account, you will have the opportunity to enter credit card information for billing purposes via our secure online portal. If you choose to pay by credit card, your billing statement will show a charge from Eldor-Wal.
If you prefer to pay by check, we’ll send you an invoice—just select the Invoice option when setting up your Online Search account and provide your billing information. We’ll send your invoice after your search is complete.
Do you require a deposit or contract? What if I just need one search?
At Eldor-Wal, we provide services on an as-needed basis with no deposit, retainer or long-term commitment required. We do work with larger clients who prefer an ongoing contractual arrangement, but that is entirely your choice.
Please contact us to learn more about our ongoing service options, or for help with your short-term or one-off search and registration needs— remember, many searches can be completed in just minutes using our Online Search option!
I don’t see my search on your price list. How much will my search cost?
Please contact us with the details of what you need and we will respond right away with a quote for your particular request. Our price list is just a general guideline to give you an idea of where our pricing starts, but you will need a quote to know exactly how much your particular request will cost.
I need to do a search or registration, but I’m not a business—do you also serve individuals with personal search or registration needs?
We unfortunately do not assist with individual or personal searches. We specialize in serving the needs of commercial (business) clients with issues like how to register a business. For personal/individual search services, you will need to find a search and registration firm that serves the general public.
